Ol' Chubby actually doesn't seem very (chubby, that is) to me.
But topping out today at 140 on the (richter) scale, Tubby is what you'll be calling me -- especially if I don't put the whole pound packin' thing into reverse and double quick.
How did it happen? I'm blaming too much sitting in a chair, not enough yoga, stress eating, and good, old-fashioned middle-aged creep (creepy, huh?).
I guess it wouldn't be so bad if I were a wee bit taller. But. I'm not.
Friends, here's the deal: As some of you already know, I'm trying something new. I'm working with health & fitness coach Kendra Cannoy and trying her 28 Days to Health Program.
Yep. It's one of those two shakes a day/1 normal meal things.
We'll be doing the double experiment. We'll be seeing whether followers care whether I'm a fatso for life or a thinzo in training. And we'll find out whether diets like this actually work.
I hope they do!
I would love your encouragement as I sally forth on this adventure, starting April 1. No foolin.
