Lies?

Well, it's heartbreak Tuesday and I don't feel like being heartbroken or even talking about it, but here goes:

• "Your skin is so soft I can't stop touching it." (this is one of my favorites, because before I met her, I didn't know that about myself--and now I do).

• "I admire your joie de vivre."
• "I love your energy and sense of adventure."
• "You are creative, intelligent and honest."
• "You have the best thighs in town." (very good whispered in my ear with a French accent on a Saturday morning--the best "tize")

You get the idea. And, yeah, I may be all that. But what is soft skin without love and commitment?
